Error when sending file from Pro Series to DMS

I get an error message that the file was not able to be sent to DMS from Pro Series and DMS needs to shut down. Any solutions?

I get that when trying to print a partial return. I've been waiting for two years to see the problem resolved. I think that the problem as I'm seeing it is the way that ProSeries builds the file rather than anything that is happening in DMS. I get the same result when I try to print a partial return to pdf using either the pdf feature in Pro Series or a third party pdf printer.
