I'm trying to import items using the QBPOS import template. I have the info in their respective places, and within their constraints. Some items in the import will be updating old ones, and some will be new items. After complete, it says they have been imported with minor errors. But I cannot find any of the imported items in the list. Thanks!
Make sure you do not have any formulas at all in the spreadsheet. This will cause the import to fail with no real explanation.

I appreciate your prompt answer! My apologies, but I failed to mention an error "Invalid Variant Type" that shows after I try to look in the item list immediately after import. I can no longer view the item list on the Server. Once I "ok" through the errors, the Item list shows "no items". However, I can view the item list through a Client workstation. This problem persists after the restore from the backup file. Once again, thanks for your assistance. Brian
I've done and uninstall, and re-install, and that has not worked. I'm afraid the uninstall is not removing the problem. I really just want a removal tool to completely wipe out my server, and start fresh to see if it's the program, or the data file. Anything out there that will do that?
I actually had to re-load XP-pro on my server machine, and rebuild the data from some reports that actually showed everything I needed for an import to a new Company. Took super long, but got the job done.
