Try looking for the report here:

>Reports>Vendors and Payables>Sales Tax Liability

or here:

>Vendors>Sales Tax>Sales Tax Liability

If you can't find the report as Pam mentioned, perhaps you never set up sales taxes?  Go to Edit>Preferences>Sales Tax>Company preferences tab and make sure it says yes.  There's a video about sales taxes under Help>learning Center Tutorials>Vendors & Expenses tab -- it will help you set up and use sales taxes properly.

Good morning Michelle and Thank you so much for your answer.  I work for a non-profit exempt company, and during the begining of the yr. farmers and ranchers will buy from us a Poster with laws called " Labor Law Ag Posters" .... We charge $25 for the poster and we also charge for shipping and handling. I went in to the tabs you directed me in but got confused on how to actually answers the questions. We don't sell to other counties or have others stores selling for us. It's plain and simple, we only sell Labor Law Ag posters to Farmers and Ranchers.... Can  you help me?

Thank you,

Sonya
