Marketing on a Limited Budget

We have a limited budget for marketing and advertising for our new construction business. Where should I start? Thanks.

Always start with referrals! Go out and find others that are marketing to your same target market and show them ways that you can help them get what they want if you work together. You might even consider setting up an entire network of construction related businesses in your community and start marketing your network together.

Depending on your business, joint marketing is a great way to start.

Use an existing business to help build your products and services.

First ask,
Who has my customers?
and
Who wants my customers?

Think of where your customers go before they come to you. And where they go after they see you.

Looking for a hungry crowed? Go where hungry crowds hang out.

Find that place, make some deals, and get customers.
