QB upgrade from pro to enterprise

we are upgrading from QB Pro to QB Enterprise.  its currently running from windows sbs 2003 serer with 4 users can you please tell me what the process is for the upgrade?

do i upgrade on the server and then all the machines? do i need to uninstall the currently version first or just install the upgraded version on top of the existing software?

 

any help is much appreciated

You should be able to just install the new version on all the machines and the server, and then open and upgrade your data file in the new version.  I'd recommend you upgrade a copy of your data file, leaving the original intact.
