New Server and DMS

we are loading dms onto our new server and it says it will not support anything but 2007 and 2008, We have in DMS on the old server 2004 to 2008. What do we need to do in order to get all this on the new server?

The server is just a place to throw the files, so where on the server is it refusing to support DMS?
