EasyAcctIn recent months, I have seen major turnover in support staff. New staff just are not familiar with the program. I am disappointed in Intuit, some of the old staff really new the program inside and out and new staff are always having to go back and refer to their "knowledge base" rather than having an answer on the tip of their tongue.
Also, I have not seen any improvements to the Easy Acct general ledger module in recent years. I believe this program is being ignored by Intuit and eventually we will be forced to switch to Quick Books.
I hope I am not the only person that feels this way.
