I checked with Intuit yesterday because V9 does not connect to Bank of America at all as of yet. They said it's a BOA problem and we just have to wait until BOA updates their systems.

This process takes twice as long as before. Also same problems with Credit Card processing. Transaction amounts must also match the transactions from the bank. In Credit Card processing they don't. Need to be able to accept all transactions and downloaded transactions neeed to match bank trx. If this is what web based is like we need to worry. Is anyone home at Intuit??

I am so frustrated with how long the online transactions take to accept into the register. I usually have 200-300 transactions per month to accept into my register, and now it takes me up to 12 secs. per transaction, and no "add multiple" function? Unbelievable. Intuit, please help fix this ASAP, or I want my money back. I miss my crappy 2006 version already. Love my Mac though. I will see if any of the "super qualified" tech support people have an answer and will post soon.
