Does anyone have a Policies and Procedures Manual conforming to QBs?

Companies need a documented Policies and Procedures manual.  Does QuickBooks provide a Policy and Procedure Manual for its ProAdvisors?  It would be in a format that can be edited for each customer.

If Intuit has not generated one, can they take it up?  Very important that it be specific in detail (how to apply checks received) but open so we can input our customers name and specifics.  It can be done using most of the training material but it would be built more as a reference than a tutorial.
