I submitted 2 tickets (#3395 and # 4006) and both of them have been closed without any answer.. I've spent one hour waiting at the phone .. no way to get assistance.. please can you help me ??.. I cannot sync QB2009 with Customer Manager Online ( I'm administrator and I have the latest version..)
