Export client view information to Outlook

Is there a way to export the name and e-mail address of client into MS Outlook?

I think you can use the paste function of Windows to move the data to Micro Soft Outlook Contact List.

I have attempted to do this and have had to copy and paste each one individuallyt so that I could also place phone numbers in my MS Outlook files
