There's an entire certification course which includes some on your own excercises and files. There's also a FREE webinar on Preparing for QuickBooks Certification here:

Also, in QuickBooks go to File>Close Company and then in the lower, right corner click on Open a Sample Company file to check out sample files from various industries to see how the chart of accounts and items list is set up.

As you go thru the Certification Course, each module of learning (think of it as a topic) has a quiz at the end with questions that are not unlike the exam at the end. These quizzes should help prepare you for the exam questions.
