I started working on the Quickbooks Accountant training provided on the ProAdvisor program website but cannot figure out how to get the qblesson.qbb file that's mentioned. Is it available somewhere on-line? Thank you!

It is at the bottom of all the lessons in the appendix. It is really just the sample product based business though (Rock Castle Construction) which you already have with QuickBooks.
