Importing from Excel to QB?

You would have to create IIF files.

You can make your own IIF Files, though there are many pitfalls. You might also use a tool like our IIF Transaction Creator.  At least, try it in free trial mode and (if desired) copy the IIF files it creates that work for you when you create your own.
