Weekly AR Aging so collection calls can be made.

Weekly AP to be aware of outstanding liab and bills coming due.

Weekly booking/sales to track business in the pipeline to be sure it is at or above your target for profit/breakeven.  if not you will have cash flow problems to solve.

Monthly reports should atleast include in addition to the above, the balance sheet, Income statement, and statement of cash flows.

I highly recommend that you take a class or hire a consultant to explain the importance of the reports to running your business.

Payroll reports - atleast run the hours worked so you know what the payroll burden is, also the proll liab to ensure they are paid on time.
