Register Link

I trying to find Registerlink Data that has integrated with quickbooks from my royal cash register. 

It says I have transfered the daily sales infomation but I can't find it in the Company anywhere. 

I called Royal and I have to wair for call back in the next hour.  However, I understand they aren't very reliable.

I am wondering if this has something to do with the mapping? I am not sure what that is. 

How do the items enter the daily sales report?  Currently I enter one reciept daily that I call daily sales summary to All Customers.  The items include nontax sales, credit card,. cash , check, ... and it comes out to zero. 

Are there any good resources for this information.
