Exporting Multiple Financial Reports at one time

I use QB Pro 2004 - and have to export my financial reports one at a time to Excel which is time consuming.
Is there a way to either email a comprehensive set of reports (P&L, B/Sheet, CF etc) from Qbks to our Directors OR/ is there a way to select all the reports you want to export and do a one click export?
