Profile Title

Can anyone tell me why it says "new member" rather than showing that I am a "Certified QBPA" beside my name??

The solution

Did you login with the same email as the one you use to log in to the ProAdvisor website?  If so, it should recognize it and if it isn't, then you should send an email to them and they can fix it.  Look for the contact us at the bottom of the page in the Community Forums.
