Estimate rate does not fill in when printing or emailing. BUG??

US QuickBooks for Macintosh : 2010

When printing or emailing an estimate-- the RATE boxes are not filled in.
There is no check box in the customize form. I'm thinking it might be a bug. This should be an automatic fill in the blank.

 item      Qty       Rate     Total

XYZ's     1.89                  9.45

it needs to say 5.00 under rate so the customer knows how much each item cost.

Thanks again~

Mac OS 10.5.8, QB 2010

Make sure that column is set to print. Open Layout Designer and verify that it is selected to print. I believe by default it is set to print.

Also make sure the rate is actually entered in the item, on the item list.

There is no rate box to check.  That's the issue and why I think its a bug.  It should automatically divide and show for me.  (I tried checking and un-checking all my options there.)

It is the same for the estimate except that it is labeled "Cost" on my form.

If you want, you can change the column header to "Rate".

Post an image of the Layout Designer windows. Maybe I can see something.

Is this a customized form from a previous version of QB for Mac? If it is you may not be able to edit it. Look at the title of the form. Does it say something like "Customized Estimate Form 2007"? An option might be to create a new template.
