I would re ask your question under the DMS Section, there are people there familiar with the DMS

Yes, it is an excellent tool. It cut down on you saving the hard copy of your source document and the return. Both a complete copy of the return and the source documents are saved in DMS. Its wonderful when your clients call on you and you can go into DMS and e-mail, fax or print the document for them. Love it!
