ISW Missing Templates

When I open ISW, none of the templates are showing. However, they are on my computer. What do I need to do to get those templates to appear in Excel?

...never seen this problem...do you have 2009 or 2010? If it is 2010, pl. make sure your Preferences are set to point to the right directory. If you are on 2009, please contact support.
