I entered sales receipts, deposited in undeposited funds. these entries do no appear on the check register

Please direct your question to the proper QuickBooks forum.

If your Intuit Community program is up dated, you have an edit function at the bottom of the question page and can use edit to change forums.

If you do not have an edit function, you can sign out, and sign in, and then use the edit function to change forums.

You can look on the right when you enter the community and you will see Quick Books where you need to present your question, this is for taxrelated questions and issues

The money isn't in the check register because it isn't in the checking account, it is in Undeposited Funds. Open Banking menu > Make deposit. Select those amounts here, from Undeposited Funds, and move them to the bank account. Select the date of the actual deposit.
