I am assuming as a rabbit breeder, you are an expert on rabbits.  You should get involved in different forums on rabbits so you can share your expertise.  Also, consider writing a blog giving others your advice on rabbits.  You would be able to create some excellent content that brings visitors to your site.

Best of luck!

Ditto on Allison's comments. Strategic networking is a key part of our marketing strategy for our pet care business.   What's worked great for us is getting involved with both national and local volunteer organizations. The national ones like the ASPCA and Humane Society also have local chapters that you can get involved with.  Perhaps there's something specifically set up for Rabbit breeding or rescue that can give you some free press that will help you reach your target client market, and it will be incredibly rewarding as well (we're actively involved with a local charity where we were recently recognized in a local newspaper for outstanding service).  What's also worked great for us is placing well-designed and easily visible advertising material and coupons in pet stores, animal adoption agencies, pet related businesses and the veterinary facilities in our area.  We're also using some on-line newspaper advertising to reach individuals in their homes.  Also web links (link exchanges) with other pet related businesses works well.  In the end, our current clients are probably our best source of effective marketing as they spread the word of our outstanding service and customer satisfaction to their peers, relatives, and friends to bring in new clients.  Good luck.  Regards, Mike Hill

Thanks for the advice, I am however strapped for time and so blogs are out but I will try putting up flyers in vets offices and in other pet stores. Is there anything else that is cost effective that I can do?
