CCF - Capital Construction Funds

CCF $47 has shown up on page 2, Form 1040, line 43. It has been deducted to arrive at the number on Line 43. Jump to Input takes me to a blank input area on a Schedule C input screen. The taxpayer has no CCF activity.
I have deleted the Schedule C and the amount remains as CCF $47 on line 43. Any ideas? Thanks.
