ISW Pane could not be loaded when I reopen the file.

ISW (Intuit Statement Writer) pane could not be loaded.

1. After editing the existing file

2. I saved the file

3. Wnen I open it later, I got a message.

"The file you are trying to open, is in a different format than spedified by the file extension. Verify that the file is not corrupted and is from a trusted source before opening the file. Do you want to open the file now?

4. I clicked Yes

5. And then I see "Office document customization is not available" and the window does not have ISW pane. So I can not edit again.

Please let me know how to edit again after reopening the file.
