How to record sales for restaurant business

 

Anyone please recommend me, I have restaurant business, just got the QB 2010. I try to think how to record sales. My transaction each day will have...

1. Cash Sales

2. Credit card sales - visa/ master

                                 - Amex

 

3. Tip credit cards

4. Cash expenses

*** EVERYDAY CREDIT CARD WILL DEPOSIT TO THE BANK (SALES +TIP)

HOW CAN I RECORD TO BE ABLE TO RECONCILE WITH BANK EASIER..
