Earned time off

We have earned time off (ETO) instead of vacation and sick time. Is there a way of changing to ETO only
Go to the 'Preferences">Payroll & Employees>Company Preference>Sick & Vacation Defaults; then setup Vacation as normal using the ETO guidelines. Close
Then go to Pay Stub & Voucher Printing, Print as ETO instead of vacation. This will setup your system to track and print ETO. Close
Setup your payroll item using Payroll item type: Wage>Wages:Hourly wages>Wages:Vacation Pay, then enter whatever name you want (ie. ETO). Point to the chart of accounts you are using and all pointers would be set to go.
This will also allow for a report of ETO for year end accrual calculations.
Most of our clients have converted to Paid Time Off or ETO and this works for them.
