Document eSort
Lacerte : 2008How do I launch Document eSort? When I click on Tools and launch that button I just get a message giving me a "free trail" when I have alreday bought it. What gives?

Hello,
Thank you for partnering with Intuit. To answer the first part of your question, you can launch Document eSort from the Tools Menu in Lacerte as you described. You can also launch via the eSort icon in the icon bar list in Lacerte. That is two of the ways you can launch Document eSort.
To answer the "Free Trial" question, even if you have purchased Document eSort, you are still entitled to the five free trials. After you use up the free trials you will be able to continue sending jobs to eSort. The only difference is we will begin billing the per submission fee on the sixth job you send to Intuit.
