I am trying to creat an invoice for collection of Property Management fee from the owners.

Professional fee shows an expense, whereas I wan to show you an income, because

this is the professional fee for managing rental properties and it is an income not an expense.

Need help. Thanks

PK

On the items list, you should have the Professional fees mapped to the income account you want to use.
