Multi Currency &Payroll

US QuickBooks Premier : 2010: Accountant

I using QB in India. Previously my accountant was doing book keeping for us and maintaining records in Premier 2009. I just downloaded Premier Acct 2010 edition and opted multi currency option and choose INR (Indian Rupees) as home currency. Previous Records also done with enabling multi currency option in Premier 2009. I have convered the same data file into my newly insalled Premier Acct 2010 Edition. Now My Questions are as follows

1. How I can Set up my payroll (not opting QB payroll solutions) manually in premier 2010

2. Obivously Payroll is not working as home currency is other than USD

3. How can I change my home currency back to USD. I have the datas only with the multi currency option.

4. Even If open a new company with out enabling multi currency option or keeping USD as home currency, whether the payroll will work?

5. I have all the recent backup of datas with only after enabling multi currency option?

What is the best solutions to come out of this problem. The data base is huge almost 12 months accounting transactions>

Please help me out

Regards

Bala

Further to my previous question on the above subject I have found solution on my own perhaps that help others too.

I have opened another company only for payroll, keeping the USD as home currency and not opted QB Payroll services (manual) and created payroll for our employees. Every month end I print the report from the Payroll company and entered the summary of payroll through General Entry in the main company account which is non USD as home currency.

Now for the details of the payroll I refer the payroll company and the book keeping is done in the main company.

I am in a similar situation. Is there anyway to import the payrol files from the payroll company to avoid retyping the general journal - or do you just enter a batch transaction in the the general journal so it is not so much dta entry?
