Duplicate 1040's

I of our preparers clicked on "something" and now we have duplicates of one 1040 client and we cannot access the client

Rename the files in the data base giving each a separate name then access them . After you see the one you want and complete it delete the duplicate under the other name

We could not rename any of the files.  Have deleted them and they have returned.  I have no idea what the preparer clicked on.
