Easy Acct - 13th month
Using Easy Acct - I need to begin accessing our 13th month in the GL, but clicking on the 12/13 box isn't working.

To access the If Period 12/13 field in Enter Transactions, follow these steps:
- Go to Write-Up, Update Company Files and select Company Information.
- In the Periods In Year field, select 13. Click Save.
- Return to Enter Transactions, accessing the month representing the 12th period (i.e. December if the year-end date is 123109; July if the year-end date is 073109).
- Enter 13 in the If Period 12/13 field and press Enter to start processing transactions.

I would strongly recommend waiting to activate the 13th month feature on a client until after you close out into a new year. Trying at other times tends to cause random transactions/data to show up in places that reposting everything for all the months may not be enough to clear-up.
