confused about desktop and online versions both called Customer Manager.

Customer Manager Online

What is the difference between Customer Manager Online (seemingly called Customer Manager) and Customer Manager Desktop (seemingly called Customer Manager 2.5 or 3.0(?)) I don't see how to get info on the Desktop version. I don't want an online version.

I do see an entry for Customer Manager Desktop on the product list for posting to this community, but I don't see if in the list of Intuit products available for purchase.  What am I missing?

Thanks for your question.  There is a detailed blog post on the Customer Manager Blog on the topic of Customer Manager and Customer Manager Desktop 2.5, that is worth a read.

To find a retailer that sells Customer Manager Desktop 2.5, I'd recommend posting on the forum for that offering.
