Suggestions on Trademarking your business, brand, logo, tag line, etc. - Looking at using an online legal resource but would love to hear of anyone's experience and how they accomplished - also, what may have been their motivation for doing so - thx

You can do this all by yourself if you have the time.... But if not, I hope you have a ton of money to pay an attorney to help you with this.... I can tell you from experience that unless your business or product is taking off on a National level, I would wait until your business gets to that point. In the mean time just mail yourself a copy of your logo, brand, tag line so At least you have a starting date of when you first put the name in service. You should take a look at this first, lots of good information on how to go about this...
