Continuing my education

I have no background in business management or accounting but here I am managing a business.  I am not naturally an organized person and want to get a better grasp on the organization of my finances and what they are doing.  I want to further my education but don't know where to begin.  What classes should I take first accounting, business management, something entirely different?
