Is there a Quick Books module for Oil and Gas Accounting? Will
QB Premier Accountant Edition handle oil and gas reporting?

It handles any accounting and reporting as long as you set it up correctly and use it correctly. There are some things Quicken does that are more appropriate to investments, however. You might read about the features available in each and compare the products.
