Deleting an Account
how do I delete an account that won't delete because it says it is being used by a product or service -- When I run the report there isn't any information --the report shows no data?

Hi there,
You will want to go the the Customer menu, products and services list, and review which Product or service is using that account. If you will no longer use that account, change the product or service to a different income account or you can delete the product or service if desired.
