We want to add a field for the patient name to appear on the statements. We can create a field and have it print on the invoice but can't figure out how to add this additional field and print on the statements. Any suggestions?
Unfortunately, the statement is very limited in the way of customization. I don't see any way to add any additional fields. You may want to consider using the Account #.

I found an old post that will give me a workaround but I will have to enter the patient's name twice. If I enter it in the custom field I created it will appear on the invoice. If I enter it in the memo field on the invoice it will appear on the statement. Not the best answer but at least it will work.
