I certainly could with my yoga business. I have a network of local yogis and national ones. Any one wishing to do some kind of link , banner, or ad site exchange let me know I will post a link or banner on my main page in exchange for the same in return.
If it gets to be a large thing, may have to look at rotating ads or something. I do see it as a good avenue for us all to make use of some free advertisement and hopefully increase site traffic.
