transferring files from QB Premier Accountant 2009 Trial Version

windows to mac. downloaded windows qb files to flash drive and restored on qb for mac. Files were accessed last nite and now i cannot find them and the QB program says there is no company files to open

Perhaps you accidentally saved the new company file on the flash drive instead of on your Mac. Do a search in the Finder for files with the extension ".qb2009." If the file is on your Mac, that should reveal its location.
