941 calculation

My 941 emp Q Fed Tax is calculated by QB. My accountant said not to use this feature as the calculation is alwas wrong. $$$ to have her do it. Is this true and if so why?

It is all in setting up the Payroll function correctly. If set up correctly, the 941 will be correct. There is no inherent flaw in QuickBooks that makes the 941 "always wrong".
You may want to contact a QB Certified professional to help you set this up correctly.
