depends upon the year in Question, If you are talking about 2009 the Pro Series Package is not available yet

While the 2009m version of ProSeries has been available for download the forms for 2009 are not current and definitely should not be used

At the top of an open form in the 2009 1040 ProSeries program it says "Form not final - this module's forms are historically available 15 days after the final forms are posted on the agency's website."

Gee, if you click on the form, it generally says that it will be available about 15 days after the IRS finalizes it. (Sheesh, I need to get my nails done, it takes me forever to correct my typing!.)
