importing from sharp register to pro 2010
I have a sharp register that is compatable with pro 2010. When I try to export my data from the reg. to pro 2010 it says that I have to open pro 2010 but it already is open. any sugestions?

Edit menu > Preferences > Integrated Applications > Company Preference Tab > Uncheck " Don't allow any applications to access this company file".
