What do QB ProAdvisors charge? I am a QB ProAdvisor in St. Paul, MN. We are revisiting our billing structure. What do you charge for (1) QB set up (2) QB bookkeping (3) QB training. (4) QB troubleshooting. (5) QB telephone consulting. Thanks!!

It varies based on credentials, expertise, years of experience, etc. You can get some great info from Intuit's Annual Billing rate Survey, including most (or all) of the categories you mentioned. Here's the link:

Hi Peggyrob,

did you decide on what to charge? I have been having that same issue. The difference here is, in San Antonio, Texas, most of these companies want something for nothing, they pick your brain on training/consultation then complain they were charged for it. Do you charge for your time on the phone with clients, ex: if it is 15 min to 45 min on QB training and questions?
