I would like to create the report name in header or footer similar to what one can do in Excel with file path

Export the report to Excel & then create the path.

I understand the export function, but want I want to do in QuickBooks is create the report name in the footer automatically so when the report is printer a user or I can remember the report name

You can enter that in a footer. It just won't open the other report.
