No idea why, and haven't loaded my 2008 program yet. I usually have the opposite problem, of too many years showing up on the screen (6 years when there is a "short year" somewhere in there) but the correct 5 calculating despite what's on the screen. I often go in and re-key to make the top line be "4 years ago" instead of "5 years ago," and then re-keying all the other lines and removing the erroneous last line.

Well, now I'll have to be on the lookout for your problem of too few years showing up.

Maybe if you forgot to key in the actual dates of the beginning and end of year, that had something to do with your problem? Or maybe they were keyed in the wrong format? I'll be interested to see if anyone has an answer, and if anyone else has your same problem.

The correction for this error on the PA Form RCT-101 is included on CD-3 or Version 29.0114.
