I can't get the QB Letter templates to work. I have followed the steps in the QB Help steps. I have also copied the QB Letter template folder to the company file and I haven't had any luck. I upgraded recently from 2005 to 2008/09, I copied and pasted the letter templates from 2005 into the 2008/09 files but it did not work. I had to copy from 2005 as I did not have any letter template files in 2008/09. Please advice.
The letter templates do not upgrade with the program into 08/09.

Click on the link
Save the file on your Desktop
Once the download is complete and you have located the file on desktop, double click QuickBooks Letter Templates.zip
Extract the contents to your desktop
Copy the required QuickBooks Letter Templates and paste them into the default location
- Windows XP
Default 2008/09 location > C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files\QuickBooks Letter Templates
- Windows Vista
Default 2008/09 location > C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files\QuickBooks Letter Templates
