Sorry, but the answer is No. You can always get to the internet from within Cash Register Plus by clicking on the Help links.

I also attempted to lock down the browser via Content controls. I set it to ask for a password on all websites. This also locks-out some of the features in Cash Register Pro, so not so good of a solution, either.
You should probably have an option to secure the user from EXITing or doing an ALT-ESC to get the explorer bar. If they try to exit or Alt-esc, they would be prompted for a password.
