When I go to rehire or terminate an employee I receive a type mismatch? How do I fix this?

I contacted Quickbooks and they are aware that this is a software issue and they are currently working on resolving the problem. Thank you for your help.

Was there a employee type prior to you rehiring or terminating them? If so, what type were they?
