How do I change G/L year-end date?

In EasyAcct how do I change from a fiscal year-end to a calendar year-end, in the General Ledger module. I thought there was info on closing for a short year, but could not find this in the help menu.

This issue is best handled over the phone because the steps are very complex, and the exact steps depend on which modules you use as well as which months have data. Also, if you prefer, we do have a utility where you can send in the company file and we will change the year for you.
